You can check in at 14:00 pm or later, but we don't recommend later—maximize your escape at the cape, you'll have a lot to experience. You are of course welcome to store your luggage before check in time.

We can not promise anything till the day of your arrival but you are always welcome to store your luggage and explore our area before the check in time at 14:00 pm.

You can conveniently check in online and arrive anytime. However, we do love to personally welcome you during our 'regular' check-in hours, between 14 PM and 18 PM. Don't worry, though, we're always just a chat away!

Check-out is at noon. We hate goodbyes!

Our hotel is 100% smoke-free for everyone's breathing pleasure. We wouldn't even let Brad Pitt smoke here. If you need to smoke, we kindly ask that you do so outside in the dedicated smoking area near the road.

If your stay is shorter then 30 days you can get a stamp on arrival in the airport and there is no need for a visa. The requirements may differ depending from your country of origin so please do check before arrival.

There is no official advice to have specific vaccination before traveling to this part of Thailand. We do strongly suggest to continuously protect yourself for mosquitoes, especially at dusk.

Leave your winter gloves home because temperatures rarely drop below 25°C year round. Dry season: November to May, average annual temperature of 30°C. Monsoon (Wet) Season: May to October ( Good surf waves!) The heaviest rains usually fall in September.

CAR Traveling to Khao Lak by your own or rented car is a breeze. The road is newly constructed, well-maintained, and clearly marked. With only one Cape Pakarang in Khao Lak, it's impossible to miss. You can expect a total travel time of 60 to 80 minutes.

Absolutely! After booking, you'll have the option to arrange door-to-door transport service directly to your villa or suite. We ensure your journey is stress-free, complete with Wi-Fi, refreshments, and cold towels included.

We always recommend to do like the locals do and rent a motorbike (usually around 300 THB per day) for ultimate freedom. You can easily arrange this upon your arrival in Khao Lak. Our location is just a 10-minute drive from the lively city center of Khao Lak. Keep in mind that motorbike rentals are often uninsured, so it's best to plan for insurance on your own.

Cape Pakarang is located at the unique Laem Pakarang, which translates to "Coral Cape," in Khao Lak, Phang Nga Province, Thailand. We're just a short ten-minute drive from the bustling city center and conveniently close to the renowned Memories Beach, famous for its surf.

Thanks to a new road connecting Phuket International Airport and Khao Lak, you can reach Cape Pakarang in just over an hour. Even if all tractors, school busses and Sunday drivers come out simultaneously, we assure you that you'll always arrive within 90 minutes.

Cape Pakarang is right in the middle of the two best beaches of Khao Lak, Coconut beach and Memories surf beach. A 15 minutes idyllic beach walk will bring you to these perfect swimming beaches. Our cape is rather wild, we recommend to swim in your private plunge or our lagoon beach pool.

Yes. However, with toes in the the sand, you may find yourself less and less inclined to spend time in front of a screen.

The bedroom is always equipped with black out curtains (darkening shades) so you can sleep the day away.

If the Bird Nest would have a pool we would call it the Pool Villa or the Grounding Suite.

The lagoon beach pool with sea view is perfect for both lap swimming, pretending to be a mermaid and unwinding with a refreshing smoothie.

No, we don't have a spa on-site. However, we believe in creating truly magical experiences, so we recommend enjoying your treatment on the beach with the soothing sounds of the waves, or we can help arrange a massage in the privacy of your own suite!
